2. Returns and Refunds Your satisfaction is our priority with every purchase. If a new product doesn't fully meet your expectations, our return process is simple and free under certain conditions. • Return period: You have 1 day after receipt to report any product-related issues. • Conditions: The item must be in its original condition to allow for resale by another customer. • Refund: Once the return is approved, a full refund is issued, sometimes including free return shipping via our prepaid label.
